中国国航4月26日晚间在港交所公告，于2023年4月26日，公司（作为卖方）与国货航（作为买方）订立飞机买卖协议，将向国货航转让公司于2006年至2008年间引进的8架A330-200飞机。拟转让飞机的基准价格为每架1470万美元，对应飞机寿命基准为50%寿命，同时约定飞机实际交付状态与半寿状态差异的价格调整机制。拟转让的8架A330-200飞机计划于2023年至2025年分批完成处置。
