据山海视频，内蒙古赤峰，爸爸抽烟不慎将烟插孩子眼角上。孩子妈妈游女士称，当时在家楼下，孩子爸爸一下车就点了支烟，和自己一起收拾后备箱。原本让孩子和奶奶回家，不曾想孩子又跑了回来，孩子爸爸手一挥不慎烟插进了孩子的眼睛里。当时孩子眼睛紧紧闭着，疼得直哭。去医院检查，医生说不会影响视力但是会留疤。
