澎湃新闻记者从上海市公安局获悉，2023年3月31日17时10分许，宝山区德都路一饭店内发生一起刑事案件，民警迅速到场处置。经初步调查，犯罪嫌疑人王某某（男，56岁，该店承租人）因房屋租赁纠纷，与范某某（女）、刘某某（男）、张某某（男）发生争执并持刀伤人，造成范某某死亡，刘某某、张某某受伤，伤者已送医救治。犯罪嫌疑人王某某被警方当场抓获，案件正在进一步侦办中。
