红河州公安局禁毒支队原政委、二级高级警长谢刘琳涉嫌受贿罪、巨额财产来源不明罪一案，由红河州监察委员会调查终结，移送检察机关审查起诉。经红河州人民检察院指定管辖，由开远市人民检察院审查起诉。日前，开远市人民检察院依法以涉嫌受贿罪、巨额财产来源不明罪对谢刘琳作出逮捕决定。案件正在进一步办理中。
