日前，济南天桥发布处罚公示：
济南万臻置业建设的北宸之光项目示范区，存在未组织竣工验收，擅自交付使用问题，违规被罚10.748万。
该工程建筑面积3336.46平方米，违章使用面积1417平方米。
据悉，济南万臻置业成立于2020年06月22日，法人宋时九，住所在天桥区二环北路7299号107室。
