在克里米亚的俄罗斯黑海舰队基地于3月21日晚间被乌克兰无人机袭击后，有当地的民众称，这已经引起了当局的紧张。
一则当地人上传的视频显示，克里米亚的电台正在警告当地居民：准备好急救物资，粮食，水随时准备撤离。并警告与俄国本土的联系随时可能被切断，建议在克里米亚的俄罗斯人尽快离开。
