近日，河南郑州。一女子发视频吐槽称：自己在万象城HM购衣时，在试衣间发现身后的女顾客将新衣服踩在脚下，感觉这种行为很不好。就此事，该门店回应称：确有此事，第一时间发现后，已将衣服做损，没有拿到卖场卖。不可能说不让顾客去拿着试，以后也会合理的去提醒顾客，建议卖场买回衣服先做清洗。
