北京商报讯（记者宋亦桐）2月23日，北京商报记者从渤海银行郑州分行处获悉，目前该行首套房贷利率已上调至4.3%这一标准。
不过，该行某支行个贷经理表示，目前房贷利率暂未调整，首套房贷利率为3.8%，二套房贷利率为4.6%，上调的情况也有，但各个支行执行的标准不统一。
