当地时间2月19日，俄罗斯外交部发表声明称，针对荷兰决定限制俄罗斯驻该国外交人员数量的行为，俄罗斯方面将做出对等的回应。
18日，荷兰外交部决定限制俄罗斯驻该国外交人员数量，同时还要求关闭设在荷兰首都阿姆斯特丹的俄罗斯贸易办事处。（总台记者 张誉耀）
