舍得酒业官微消息，2月16日，舍得酒业与夜郎古酒业合资成立并控股的贵州夜郎古酒庄有限公司正式揭牌。舍得酒业方面表示，此次公司以绝对持股的方式控股夜郎古酒庄，对公司深度融入复星，拥抱复星生态具有重大战略意义。
