2023年2月16日，优博讯(300531.SZ)公告，控股股东香港优博讯控股拟将其所持有的公司1649.69万股（占截至本协议签署之日公司总股本的5%，占剔除回购股份数量后公司总股本的5.09%）以协议转让的方式转让给格金八号。转让单价为每股14.8元，转让价款合计金额为2.44亿元。
