财联社2月9日电，围绕东芝公司经营重组，日本国内基金“日本产业合作伙伴”（JIP）阵营提出了收购的最终方案。预计收购额达到2万亿日元（约合人民币1030亿元）规模。银行团已向JIP出示文件，承诺放贷总计约1.4万亿日元，资金筹措有一定眉目。JIP阵营计划在斥资约2万亿日元收购东芝后，让其退市。 (共同社)
