近日，四川绵阳。13岁儿子体育考试只考了18分，父亲生气后用武士刀吓唬孩子，不料发生意外刺伤儿子，最终孩子因伤势过重，失血过多离开人世。最终法院对此案依法作出判决：被告人犯故意伤害罪判处有期徒刑12年。
