乌克兰国家通讯社当地时间2月5日报道称，乌克兰总统泽连斯基在当日晚间例行视频讲话中宣布，乌克兰国家安全与国防委员会关于制裁俄罗斯核工业的决定已生效。
乌克兰总统泽连斯基在乌克兰-欧盟峰会后举行的新闻发布会上曾敦促欧盟做出决定，对俄罗斯国家原子能公司（Rosatom）实施制裁。（总台记者 王晋燕）
