2023年首月，青岛楼市新房、二手房总成交7327套，受春节假期影响，1月份成交相较去年12月份下降45.5%。
一、新房市场
（一）整体表现：新房成交4454套回落较大，住宅成交“量价齐降”
据贝壳青岛站数据统计，1月青岛市新房（包括住宅、公寓、商业产品等）共成交4454套，环比去年12月（9536套）下降53.3%；同比2022年1月成交量（8486套）下降47.5%。
