2月1日，国新办网站公布了《中央国家机关和地方2023年新闻发言人名录》。其中，自然资源部办公厅主任谢承祥已担任该部新闻发言人。
此前，自然资源部新闻发言人由张占海、吴海洋、刘国洪、韩海青共同担任。
谢承祥曾任自然资源部矿业权管理司司长，2022年4月接替刘国洪出任该部办公厅主任。
