2023年1月16日，中国恒泰集团（02011.HK）公告称，董事会已获卖方告知，配售事项已于2023年1月16日完成。
配售代理已成功促使买方根据配售协议之条款及条件，按每股0.85港元的配售价购买55,776,480股配售股份。
紧随配售事项完成后，股东Central Eagle Limited股份130,897,663股，占比23.47%，China Sun Corporation股份133,706,331股，占比23.97%，Golden Diamond Inc.股份26,566,126股，占比4.76%。
