2023年1月13日，金刚光伏（300093.SZ）发布公告，因经营发展需要，公司控股子公司金刚羿德拟使用自有资金向其下属全资子公司欧昊电力增资2.5亿元，增资完成后欧昊电力的注册资本将由5000万元增加至3亿元。金刚羿德仍持有欧昊电力100%股权。
