北京商报讯（记者 马换换)1月12日午间，爱司凯（300521）披露公告称，公司控制权存在变更可能，公司股票自1月12日起停牌，预计停牌时间不超过2个交易日。
爱司凯表示，公司拟筹划向特定对象非公开发行股份，上述事项实施完毕后，特定对象将获得公司20%-30%的股份，公司的实际控制人将发生变更，特定对象所属行业为商务服务业。
