2023年春运从1月7日（腊月十六）至2月15日（正月二十五），共计40天。杭州地铁线网运营将进行相应调整，1月7日至20日（返乡客流高峰期）、2月5日至15日（回程客流高峰期），1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、16、19号线末班车起点站发车时间均延长至23:00左右。1月21日至2月4日运营服务时间不延长。春运期间将视情况加密行车间隔。
