仕佳光子近日接受机构调研时表示，DFB激光器芯片系列产品方面2.5G和10G多个规格DFB激光器已经批量销售，25GDFB激光器芯片大部分尚在客户验证中；除此之外，高功率DFB激光器芯片在激光雷达、气体传感、ZR相干和卫星通信领域的产品也在推进中。25GDFB目前开发了针对5G市场、接入网、数据中心市场。
