上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）沪硅产业公告，公司拟择机减持所持有的法国上市公司Soitec S.A.的股份，减持数量不超30万股。目前，公司通过全资子公司NSIG Europe的全资子公司NSIG Sunrise持有Soitec的363.6万股股份，占Soitec总股本的10.22%。
