中证网讯（记者 欧阳剑环）财政部网站12月30日消息，为加强储蓄国债发行额度管理，促进储蓄国债顺利发行，财政部、人民银行制定了《储蓄国债发行额度管理办法》，其中明确，储蓄国债承销团成员应当在获得的发行额度内销售储蓄国债。
