智通财经APP讯，招商银行(03968)公布，2012年12月，公司发行了规模为人民币117亿元的15年期次级债券，并刊发了日期为2012年12月28日的《关于次级债券发行完毕的公告》。根据本期债券募集说明书相关条款的规定，本期债券设有发行人赎回选择权，发行人有权在本期债券第十年末，即2022年12月28日赎回本期债券。
截至本公告日，公司已行使赎回权，全额赎回了本期债券。
