美国科技媒体The Information 12月28日消息，知情人士称，亚马逊公司正考虑推出一款用于观看体育内容的独立应用程序，以新的方式从其签订的数十亿美元体育赛事转播协议中获取收入。
亚马逊目前已拥有美国橄榄球大联盟（NFL）的周四晚间赛事和英超联赛等流媒体转播权，主要通过Prime Video会员权益提供。
