这位行走中的大胖子，就是曾经赫赫有名的西北军阀马鸿逵。这是60年代，他在国外生活的情景。年轻时的马鸿逵就是个大胖子，如今样貌体态变化并不是很大，只是脸部有些臃肿，时不时流露出凶光。
1949年，大势已去，马鸿逵带着家人和财产逃去了台湾，后来又去了美国洛杉矶，1970年1月14日，病逝于洛杉矶。
