2022年12月02日15时10分，我中队执勤民警在克罗线21公里路查路检时，对一辆晋LU9870号半挂车进行检查，发现驾驶员焦丽静有无证驾驶机动车的嫌疑，经交管系统查询，发现焦丽静未办理机动车驾驶证，属无证驾驶机动车的违法行为。
根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》相关规定,对其无证驾驶机动车的违法行为给予罚款二千元的处罚。
