12月23日，深交所公告，为提高深圳证券交易所发行上市审核工作质量，深交所制定了《深圳证券交易所上市审核委员会和并购重组审核委员会管理办法》，经中国证监会批准，现予以发布。《管理办法》共六章68条，包括总则、人员组成与任期、职责、上市委会议和重组委会议、工作纪律与监督管理、附则六个部分。
