新京报讯（记者戴轩）12月19日，北京召开疫情防控新闻发布会。北京市政府新闻发言人徐和建表示，位于地下密闭空间的酒吧、KTV、网吧、健身等场所恢复经营，恢复堂食，恢复各类宾馆酒店会议、培训、宴会包括婚宴的举办，恢复旅行社及在线旅游企业经营在京团队旅游、进出京跨省团队旅游及“机票+酒店”业务。
