美联新材12月16日公告，公司控股子公司安徽美芯新材料有限公司(简称“安徽美芯”)于近日与湖州南木纳米科技有限公司(简称“南木纳米”)签订了《销售合同》，约定安徽美芯向南木纳米销售1000万m2锂电池隔膜，合同金额(含税)为人民币1200万元。
