鞭牛士 12月7日消息，据梨视频，近日，上海一网友发现自己的手机突然欠费了，查询后看到原来32元的套餐变成了99元，觉得套餐不划算后想在app内变更，却发现多是近百上千的套餐，最便宜的53元套餐却限制50岁以上。
对于突然涨价，客服回应称，一般会提前告知，没收到提醒，很抱歉。
