12月6日，莫斯科列福尔托沃区法院作出判决，决定按“侵犯俄罗斯联邦领土完整”刑事案件缺席逮捕乌克兰副总理伊琳娜·韦列修克和乌外交部第一副部长艾米娜·扎帕洛娃。逮捕期限为2个月，从两人被引渡到俄罗斯或在俄罗斯境内逮捕之时开始计算。
