美媒近期曝光了一条视频，视频中，佛罗里达州坦帕市警察局局长奥康纳和丈夫驾驶高尔夫球车上路，因没有车牌被执勤警察拦下后，她亮出警徽要求对方放其一马，还递给警察一张名片称，“以后有需要找我。”
报道称，该视频被曝光后，坦帕市政府于12月5日发布声明称，已收到奥康纳的辞职信。
