刚刚，乌克兰总统办公室主任顾问波多利亚克表示，只要俄罗斯主动放下武器，主动停止战争，主动撤出乌克兰，乌克兰将绝对保障俄罗斯的安全！
看来，乌克兰这位总统顾问又喝大了！试问，现在乌克兰自身的安全你都保障不了，你拿什么去保障俄罗斯的安全？这真是无稽之谈！
