新京报讯 12月5日，浙江永强集团股份有限公司（简称“浙江永强”）发布公告称，公司实际控制人之一谢建强计划自本公告发布之日起十五个交易日后的六个月内，以集中竞价方式、大宗交易方式减持公司股份累计不超过约3233.25万股，占公司总股本比例1.49%。
公告显示，谢建强持有浙江永强股份约1.29亿股，占本公司总股本比例5.94%。
