中国网财经12月2日讯 华夏幸福昨日晚间发布公告，称拟筹划非公开发行股票事项。
华夏幸福称，公司拟向不超过35名特定投资者非公开发行股票，募集资金拟用于与“保交楼、保民生”相关的房地产项目，以及符合上市公司再融资政策要求的补充流动资金、偿还债务等。
