新京报讯（记者戴轩）北京今日举行疫情防控新闻发布会，北京市政府新闻发言人徐和建表示，自2022年11月30日起，全市长期居家老人、居家办公和学习人员、婴幼儿等无社会面活动的人员，如果无外出需求，可以不参加社区核酸筛查。
