11月30日，海南岛国际电影节官方宣布，鉴于当前新冠肺炎疫情形势，为确保所有参会嘉宾的健康和安全，原定于2022年12月3日至10日在海南三亚举办的第四届海南岛国际电影节将延期举办。延期举办时间组委会将另行公告。
