11月23日，开封新东方村镇银行发布公告称，为加强个人账户管理，防范电信诈骗及洗钱风险，保障账户资金安全，该行将于2022年12月21日对个人长期不动户开展清理。清理范围为：截止2022年11月21日，连续三年（含）以上未发生主动交易（不包括结息等非客户主动发生的业务），账户余额在人民币10元（含）以下的账户。
