长沙24岁的向嗣伟退役后从事家政行业，带动19名退役战友成为整理收纳师。每次服务，他们都会统一着装、整齐列队，不到一年服务了300多家庭，最高月入万元。向嗣伟说，很多人都认为年轻男孩不会做家政，但整理过程真的很治愈。
