鼎龙股份11月22日在投资者互动平台表示，公司抛光液原料研磨粒子是自主生产。公司目前实现了超纯硅溶胶，水玻璃硅溶胶、氧化铝三类研磨粒子的自主制备，氧化铈研磨粒子的开发也在按计划推进中，同时公司在仙桃建设研磨粒子的大规模量产线，将保障公司仙桃园区CMP抛光液生产的原料供应。
