乐居财经 刘治颖 11月21日，天茂集团(SZ000627)公告，公司近日接到股东新理益集团有限公司和刘益谦函告，获悉新理益集团有限公司和刘益谦持有公司的部分股份进行了解质押。
其中，刘益谦解除质押1.14亿股，占公司总股本比例2.3%；新理益集团有限公司解除质押约1.91亿股，占公司总股本比例3.88%。
