人民网哈尔滨11月18日电 (杨雪楠)11月18日，哈尔滨市应对新冠肺炎疫情工作指挥部发布通告，根据国务院联防联控机制有关要求，经专家综合研判，市指挥部决定，自2022年11月18日10时起，将哈尔滨市道里区安阳路95号海富康城小区B22栋风险等级调整为高风险区。其他区域风险等级不变。
