宁波建工11月17日公告，公司及控股子公司宁波市政工程建设集团股份有限公司（以下简称“市政集团”）组合的联合体中标渭南市华州区中医医院迁建PPP项目，项目总投资4.19亿元，项目合作期限15年，其中建设期2年，运营维护期13年。公司为联合体牵头人。该项目投资回报率7.46%。
