一拖股份11月10日公告，近日，一拖财务收到《中国银保监会关于中国一拖集团财务有限责任公司解散的批复》，同意一拖财务解散。要求一拖财务停止一切经营活动，将金融许可证缴回洛阳银保监分局，并按照有关法律法规办理清算及注销等手续。
