人民网哈尔滨11月8日电 （杨雪楠）11月8日，哈尔滨市应对新冠肺炎疫情工作指挥部发布通告，根据国务院联防联控机制有关要求，经专家综合研判，市指挥部决定，自2022年11月8日11时起，将哈尔滨市阿城区亿达帝景小区风险等级调整为低风险区。其他地区风险等级不变。
