企业迁移“一次办”+平原夏津“联动联办”改革共同助力此次“证照联变”顺利办结。在收到申请后，平原县恩城分局积极与夏津审批局联系，在办理企业迁入的同时完成了原食品经营许可证的注销，紧接着为杨先生办理了迁入地的食品经营许可证，完成了企业迁入的“证照联办”。

平原县先后与武城、夏津签订政务服务“联动联办”合作协议，推出了41项高频事项的联动联办，在材料齐全的情况下，可以实现恩城申请、夏津审核、当场发证，构建起全新的跨区域服务模式。恩城分局同步推行企业迁移“一次办”服务，企业申请迁移调档和住所变更登记两个环节合并为一个环节办理，企业跨辖区迁移只需向拟迁入地登记机关提交一次申请，迁出地网上开具证明，只跑一次即可完成住所迁移。

下一步，平原县审批局将继续深化县镇同权改革，扩大联动联办服务范围，做好“证照联办，一次办好”改革，推动资源和服务优势向中心镇汇集，更好的赋能中心镇经济社会发展。
