财联社11月5日电，当地时间11月4日，联合国大会与安全理事会举行会议，从三名候选人中选举出来自巴西的莱昂纳多·内梅尔·卡尔代拉·布兰特（Leonardo Nemer Caldeira Brant）接替于5月29日去世的安东尼奥·奥古斯托·坎萨多·特林达德（Antônio Augusto Cançado Trindade），成为海牙国际法院的法官，任期从即日起至2027年2月5日。
