本报讯（记者刘瑞）记者从哈尔滨市市场监督管理局获悉，哈尔滨市启动“企业开办直通车”银行帮办服务以来，经过近10个月的运行，企业开办的线下办理地点已增加至197个，企业开办服务更便利、更快捷。
