“撂荒地”变身“丰收田”
金秋九月，迎来稻谷成熟收割的季节，周宁县自然资源局副局长邱常华带领干部职工到狮城镇长安社区收割水稻。这些水稻谷粒饱满，长势也非常好，但你肯定想不到，在一年多以前，这里还是一片撂荒已久的土地。
